Description :

We see leadership styles that are either domineering or passive, both at the cost of the entire team. A good leader is ultimately a team player and recognizes that team members are not simply cogs in a wheel. This workshop is an opportunity to redefine what it means to lead with integrity and passion, rallying those around you to come alongside you and invest in your combined vision and goals.

Learning Outcome:

In this workshop participants will identify an area where they are a leader, become acquainted with the three steps that characterize a servant leader and apply these in their personal areas of responsibility.
