PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS

Life Principles for Dealing with People - For University Life & Career Development

If you are a university student, do you want to improve your effectiveness in the classroom, and with your study/project teams? Have you considered your future potential and development needs? Do you want the ability to talk clearly to an interviewer about the way you work and the strengths you have?

This program will assist university students in dealing with themselves and a variety of peers with diverse backgrounds and personalities. Participants will gain an understanding of their DiSC personality profiles. Such knowledge will give the students an advantage when studying, working on team projects or seeking help from a professor.  This will also give them the ability to better plan their careers using their DiSC profile and equip them with a language to better engage with career/job interviewers.

By the end of the program, participants would:

  • Be able to identify their individual DiSC personality profile and how it affects the way they learn, work and relate with others

  • Be able to design their personalized student action plan for improved relationship in a group setting

  • Be able to identify and explain the work or relational situations that motivate or stress them

  • Be able to articulate how they want to communicate with others and how to be communicated with

  • Be able to craft and explain a CV that is specific to their DiSC profile and desired career path
