PROGRAM FOR FACULTY

The Art and Science of Faculty Relations - Improving your office and classroom environment

Do you want to develop your office and classroom relationships? Can you imagine communicating in a way that sparks positive responses from other faculty members and students? Do you want to have greater positive influence on your students and non-faculty staff?

Our programs are specifically designed to help academic and non-academic staff of Higher Education Institutions unpack their strengths/abilities through DiSC personality profiling, and then empower them with relevant skill sets for greater excellence in their workplace - in teams and in their classrooms.

By the end of the program, participants would:

  • Be able to identify their individual DiSC personality profile and how it impacts their workplace behavior

  • Be able to design their personalized action plan to harness their strengths for improved personal and team work dynamics;

  • Be able to identify other people’s preferences for communication using the DiSC framework;

  • Be able to practice an improved quality of engagement with other team members by using people’s personal DiSC profiles.

Our Facilitator, Jason Thomas

Mr. Thomas has been trained and accredited for DiSC in the United Kingdom. He is well-versed in cultural issues from his experience of living and working with over 50 nationalities within the Arabian Peninsula for over 17 years, which has enabled him to design and implement new communication channels in a culturally diverse environment among people with different personality profiles.
